Overall Rating: Limited meta scope, such as Lonefire Blossom and his Gladiator Beast.
It is limited to recruited monsters, and in most cases, it is used as a material, so there is often no point in disabling its effect.
There are some powerful meta targets, such as the monsters that came out with 《Double Evolution Pill》, but if you use them just for that purpose, you should use around 《Fiendish Chain》.

It's a recruiting meta, but it doesn't have much influence on decks that simply recruit for the purpose of procuring materials, and it doesn't have any effect on activating GY or EX monsters, so as a meta it seems a little half-baked.

If I added a word from the EX Deck to this, it would have instantly become the strongest meta card...
Monsters recruited from the Deck are usually summoned to be used as materials of some kind, so negate effects on the field and being unable to attack may not be a restriction, and in the first place Death Guide and The easy-to-use recruiters currently in use, such as Samoso and Harifiber, will negate the cards they call by default.
Gladiator Beast As a meta, I feel like it would be easily removed around Geysereth considering it's a fusion theme.

Meta such as "Gladiator Beast", "Lone Fire Blossom", level monsters. Recruiters that activate GY cannot be blocked, nor can they be prevented from being deployed in large numbers, so they will often be easily defeated by Synchro Xyz. In the first place, there is something like 《Deck Lockdown》that doesn't even allow Special Summon from the Deck, so the priority is low.

A card that completely turns Recruiter into a mere monster.
It's hard to tell from the text, but only the Main Deck's Special Summon
It is not supported, so be careful.
However, even if Recruit is sealed, it cannot be used for Synchro Xyz Summoning.
The point is that there is almost no point in shutting down recruiters.
It's a meta card that's effective against Gladiator Beast, but it's dealt with by Geyserless, so don't overestimate it.

Recruit (or rather, Gladiator Beast or Gusto) killing card. Norare has many such meta cards.
However, most of the recruiter's work is to secure the cost of Synchro, Xyz, Release, etc.
Besides, he splits the Gladiator Beast with Geysereth, and Gusto does things like sync, so there's no point...
I didn't realize that the difference between the (Main) Deck and the (Extra) Deck would also change here...

It's a troublesome effect against his Gladiator Beast, which emphasizes recruiting and combat, and it's also a strong effect against Ronfa and Recruiter.
However, since it leaves the card on the field, it is powerless against S, X, Link Summons and Special Summons for release. Cards that come out of the EX Deck have no effect, so even his favorite Gladiator Beast opponent is defeated by Geysereth.
I can't help but say that this really hurts, or that it doesn't make sense after all. Currently, monsters summoned from his deck are often a stepping stone for further development...
