Comprehensive evaluation: "Psychic Wheeleder", etc., which allows Normal Summon, seems to be good.
Since it cannot be Normal Summoned, there are many points that are inconvenient, such as not being able to revive if placed directly on GY.
If you don't think about race, attributes, etc., there are things like 《Crusadia Arboria》and 《Psychic Wheeleder》that can be easily drawn and Normal Summon is possible.

Fake Jack's continuous synchronization in the anime was beautiful. However, the drawback is that this card itself does not work in small circles. Being a tuner is the only salvation.

It's an excellent piece in terms of being able to aim for sync in a row, but the sentence "Normal Summon can't be done" is too heavy.
I can't make a simple comparison because the levels are different, but considering the existence of 《Synkron Resonator》, I think it would have been nice to be able to Normal Summon. Birdman and his Karakuri are among the level 3 machine tuners, so I hesitate to use him.

It's a combo premise card, but it's not a bad card.
Just by using 《Beast of the Pharaoh》and his Junk Ron together, you can use it for consecutive S.
It usually hurts to rot, but if it's only used in his specific deck, it's good enough.

The summoning conditions are quite passive, and unless you have a deck that can perform S summons more stably, you really can't do anything and it will rot. Tuners don't start unless they go out into the field, so people tend to avoid them just because they can't perform Normal Summon. However, I think that it is a card that can be used quite well with the genuine [Karakuri].
You can procure the rest of the materials with 《Karakuri Shogun mdl 00 "Burei"》and 《Muzerodou》, and if you spin well, you will be able to perform a high-speed sync like [Jund]. Although the benefit to the accident rate is small, it will be enough if you use it together with 《Rivalry of Warlords》or 《Solidarity》to take advantage of the different races than 《Psychic Commander》.

And most of the conditions are for Burning Soul, but if you can't develop further when you put it out, it's meaningless.
By the way, there are quite a few tuners that can easily be Special Summoned...
