funny card. The opponent declares and guesses the type of card, but since it is your standby phase, it will be difficult for both players to control the top of the Deck. Therefore, it is basically a card that tends to be a game of luck, but if the contents of the Deck are revealed to some extent, it will be advantageous to the opponent. Even if you aim for handicap, there are cards that are easier to use, so I'll just use it as a base.

Practicality aside, it's a pretty fun card.
Discard itself, which pops out every turn, is powerful when used. The slowness of activating your own standby phase is quite worrisome.
My opponent is probably using good cards, and I have a high chance of taking down cards like Veiler and Usagi, but...
