For “Amorphage”, which often fights with low-class monsters, the effect of ① is great because it expands the range that can be destroyed in battle.
The effect of ② is excellent because it can deal with scale removal from the opponent. However, even if you use it at the time of self-destruction in your Standby Phase, the cost of the next monster is required, so it is not useful for maintaining the P Zone.
Neither are bad effects, but they fall short of the theme's weaknesses and pale in comparison to Infection. In the first place, the Amorphage monster itself is very difficult to use, so this card will not be used.

A trap card that brings persistence and movement versatility to Amorphage.
If Amorphage is placed on P, it can self-destruct during your standby phase, so you can bring your favorite blocking effect, and if it is at a level where P summoning is possible, you can increase stability while gaining an advantage by P summoning.
Furthermore, any card can be destroyed in the P zone, so it's good that it doesn't interfere with the use of general-purpose cards.
It's an effect that's hard to block unless it's all-weakening or perfect resistance.
If you add Amorphous Persona and his ATK up from Infection, you will be able to destroy even the highest class monsters in battle.

The effect of (1) makes most "Amorphage" monsters less likely to be defeated by lower class monsters, so I think it's effective in situations where the "Amorphage" monster's Extra Seal effect is working.
Also, if you activate the effect of (2) when a card in the P zone is targeted by something like "Cyclone", I think you're actually wasting your cards.

In other words, if you destroy it intentionally, it's fine, but if you can't pay the maintenance cost and it self-destructs, the recruiting destination will also self-destruct. In that case, it is necessary to take countermeasures such as recruiting Iritum and summoning it with 《Pendulum Reborn》. Although it has a surprise attack, it does not have an immediate effect, so it is slightly inferior to Infection.
