The Normal Trap version of 《Escalation of the Monarchs》has a costless 《Erebus the Underworld Monarch》GY effect. Unfortunately, I don't have Monarch King, so I can't search for it, but if I could search for it, it would be pretty dangerous, so I think it's reasonable.
Go first, summon monsters, and end 2 times face down. On your opponent's turn, send Vanity's Fiend with Fiend Griefing, or send whatever Majesty's Fiend you like to his GY to activate this. Since you don't use Special Summon, you can use 《Pot of Duality》and so on to prepare your hand.
