Majespecter has a search effect, so you can recruit Raccoon to align the P zone, or recruit Fox to pull Tempest.
Also, the release required for recruiting goes to the P zone, so if you summon after recruiting, you can do it without actually releasing a broken Field Spell.

This strength that you can understand for the first time using it.
It has the effect of releasing WIND Spellcaster and recruiting lower Majespecters, but all lower Majespecters have a search effect. In other words, it's a monstrous demo card that searches for Majespecter cards every turn with WIND Spellcaster as the cost. If Majespecter is costed before Pendulum Summon, there is no real consumption cost. If you use his summoned Majespecter as a cost, you will have more cards in your hand.
Weaknesses or drawbacks are that although there is no LP cost, there is a possibility that it will be broken by a chain like a tool, and since it is "Majestic", searches with Crow and Cat will not work. If it was possible to search outside of Terafo, it would have been broken.

All monsters that can be put out by the effect of (2) have a search effect when Special Summoned, so I think it's good to get some kind of reward.
The monsters released by the effect of (2) all belong to her Pendulum if it is "Majespecter", so I think it would be nice to be able to reuse them in Pendulum Summon.
Although the effect of (1) increasing the ability is insignificant, I think that it is appreciated for "Majespecter" whose fighting power is low.
I think that being able to search with 《Terraforming》is also a strength.
