It's not very strong if you look at it alone, but I think you can expect it to work quite well in the dark world dystopia. It can be searched with 《Lilith, Lady of Lament》and equipped with 《Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair》. His ATK is higher than that of Thunder Dragon Titan, let alone Blue-Eyed. And if you turn it into "Tyrant Burst Dragon" with "The Fang of Critias" and equip it on Diabolos, you can even aim for a game set with 3400 attacks.

This effect respects the original 《Tyrant Dragon》, but if it's direct, you can only attack normally once.
