A spell card that can be used by monsters with BMG and its character string in its card name.
It has the peculiarity of being able to withdraw the entire BMG from the Deck with Bond Between Teacher and Student, but even in that case you need to have Bramagie or something whose card name is treated as Bramaghi, and yet the effect it exerts is just Raibol. I really miss you.
I think Sambol and Raibol are the type of cards that make you happy when you draw them from the top, but this one is like an accident card that draws from the top, and with 《Bond Between Teacher and Student》he brings it from the deck. You don't want to pull directly if you intend to.
Even if it doesn't go as far as draw or handicap, at least it would have been nice to have something more like effect damage proportional to the number of destroyed monsters.
Considering BMG's Deck Master ability in the Noa arc of the anime, I think it would have been fine to draw as many monsters as you destroyed.

Comprehensive evaluation: Sufficient performance for the same effect as 《Lightning Vortex》.
《Bond Between Teacher and Student》supports both activation conditions.
《Dark Magician Girl》is easy to develop with 《Magicians' Souls》.
Also, it can be used by copying the card name with 《Elemental HERO Prisma》, and it is easy to activate.
It can be activated with 《Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight》and 《Toon Dark Magician Girl》, but basically it will be used by the Omoto who has a lot of support.

Destroying all the opponent's monsters face-up is fine, but what you're doing is 《Lightning Vortex》. Moreover, it was designated as a "Dark Magician Girl" monster, so it's a sad card that can't be searched with 《Dark Magic Inheritance》. It's not that it can't be used as a copy of Prismer's name, but since it can't be searched, it's not much different from a general-purpose card. Thanks to that, it can be used with 《Toon Dark Magician Girl》and 《Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight》, but the accident rate increases unnecessarily.
