The recovery effect itself isn't bad, but it's a card that's only bad when summoned.
For better or worse, I get the impression that it's an exclusive card for Isolde, and if it's a build that uses it thoroughly, it seems strong, but if it's anything else, I don't see much of a reason to use it.

You can salvage Zombies with 0 defense by summoning.
