It's one of the cards in the "Summoning Restrictions" series, and its effect can be seen as an EX monster specialty.
In addition to benefiting the opponent, it is essential to go first unless you use Metaverse or something like that, so in most cases it is not a reason to prioritize G.
You can use it from your hand at any time, even if it's your opponent's first turn, and if the activation goes through, the effect won't disappear. It has the body of a monster and has some ATK, so you can use it as a material for Special Summon or to beat it. I feel like it's become a card that just lets people know that G is more of a god.

Multiplying Gs of extras applied to each other.
Since Link Summoning Special Summon on top of Special Summon is the mainstream, you can expect a large amount of draws, but since it remains on the field with Field Spell, it is easier to counter than G, which proliferates, and is useless on the first turn.
My opponent can also draw, so I don't use extras much. .

Summoning restrictions (in the demanding sense of bribery)
I wonder if it sticks to Special Summon that takes place over multiple turns like Pendulum Summon.

Goyo! Goyo~! By the way, sausaku is also goyo! "It seems that you have become free in a faraway foreign land."
G of the figurine that can be drawn by expanding it from the extra.
However, there are many cases where that increasing G is enough, and since the draw is optional, it is not possible to aim for the opponent's deck running out with this.
Especially if the latter was forced, I'm sure there would have been his deck that looped and ran out of his deck...

Field Spell "Summon Limit" card. You can draw 1 every time a monster comes out of the Extra Deck, but it is difficult to maintain and is used by your opponent, so it is often inferior to "Proliferating G". However, it is easy to search and can be used to maintain "Sin", etc., so differentiation is possible. If you don't want to be used by your opponent, you can use it as his deck because he doesn't use the extra deck much.

Summoning restrictions (I'm not saying that it can't be issued.)
It is an effect that always obtains an EX-limited increase G effect for each other, indirectly restricting the opponent's EX use.
Of course, since it is limited to EX, it is less effective against Deck, which is less dependent on EX than increased G. Especially in the current environment, Nekroz, which does not depend on EX, is the top.
Taking advantage of it, he basically uses it in his decks that don't rely on EX such as Monarch and Nekroz, and pushes the disadvantages only to the opponent.

It's kind of scary to write that it's a field where G is constantly growing.
However, what is different from Proliferating G is that this is limited to the Extra Deck.
It won't hit opponents who don't use extra decks, and even if they don't, it will allow them to deploy.
I can avoid being affected by it if I turn to metabi... It's not enough as a deterrent.

Summon limit (psychologically)
It's the same as Increased G, but it's a drawback that it only keeps the opponent's development in check and has no coercive power.
In addition, this is also affected by it, so it's a place to go out of your way to adopt.
If it's a piggyback Deck, it may be adopted as one of the triggers.

I think the effect would be interesting... but in the end the opponent would benefit from it, so I think it would work well in his limited deck.
On the other hand, this card might be a deterrent to Special Summon.
