The effect itself is not bad. However, the target is too limited.
Castel and Totem, which are likely to be easy to prepare, have strong effects, but if the RBI is low and the holding position itself is bad, it does not mesh with this card, which is an effect that assumes maintenance.
Regarding material replenishment, Castel's main effect and Totem's effect use two materials, so I don't feel grateful for just recovering one. Moreover, the end time and the late ending.
The more useful the target is, the more conspicuous it is and the less practical it is.

If you just hear the name, you'll probably think it's a Ritual Spell.
A skidre that only lasts for one turn doesn't make much sense, and I can think of something like Castel as an activation condition, but I feel like it's better to turn it into a link material immediately after using the effect...

XYZ generally uses one material at a time, but Wind XYZ has Mingay Bird to Castel-like cards as shown in the illustration, and goes very well with that kind of card. Well, it can be used for Mingay Bird both in terms of illustration and effectiveness, but since you can't do anything with just one more material over there, it would be better to use it for Castel.
