His Spell card that can significantly enhance his ATK on monsters if used well.
If the opponent is Xyz, you can only strengthen your own monster without strengthening anything.

Power up by number of levels.
It's certainly not weak, but the opponent also raises his ATK...
If you only have Xyz like in the anime, you can beat the advanced level just by preparing for rank 4,
His ATK enhancement card like this is difficult to use without elements that exceed the strongest combat support card contraction...

Plain Xyz bullying. However, the conditions and effects are not meshing somehow.
If you use it well, you can take advantage of the fact that the opponent is more likely to be strengthened, but the problem is that it's a Normal Spell.

A rather difficult card to use as it raises the opponent's ATK as well. If you're dealing with an Xyz axis, there's a good chance you'll be able to use it, but please be aware that his Xyz Monster doesn't have a level, so it won't be converted into an increased value. Min his ATK goes up.
It's good to use it when you are few in number and high level and the opponent is only Xyz. Even so, the increase value is level x 100, so it's doubtful that a maximum of 12 with just one, and even if two or three are lined up, the total will exceed 20. In the first place, high-level monsters rarely need an incomplete increase, and if there are many, it is easy to miss the opportunity to activate this card.
Moreover, since it rises up to the end phase with Normal Spell, it is still better to put in a rush if it is single, and strengthen with Field Spell or Continuous Spell if it is multiple.

In the first place, the activation conditions are strict, and even if it goes well, the RBI will only increase.
Something might go wrong with the One-Kill Deck, but...

Overall strengthening by the sum of everyone's levels. However, the opponent is also strengthened accordingly, and the activation conditions do not mesh with the effect. It can't be helped if the opponent is more likely to be strengthened, so it may only be used when facing his deck, which is mainly Xyz like in the anime.

If you use it well, you can get explosive enhancements, but it's quite a rampage horse.
Since it also strengthens the opponent, there are many cases where it is meaningless unless you use it against Xyz opponents who don't have levels, just like in anime.
In addition, high-level players who can make full use of this card often already have sufficient combat power, so general-purpose corrections may be sufficient.
Although it is a strengthening effect that wants to push with quantity rather than quality, the activation condition that confronts head-on is also a problem.
It must have been adjusted quite carefully, but thanks to that, it has become quite difficult to use. Wouldn't it have been easier to use if it was still a special move for reading stars...?

If you buy a 10-pack and don't win a single copy of this card, no one will notice.
