Comprehensive evaluation: The numerical value of combat assistance is too small.
Since weakening is level dependent, 800 is the limit for a single unit.
As a substitute for destruction, there are not many cases where you can't hold monsters that are a maintenance cost.
《Core Overclock》is easier to strengthen overall.

《Burden of the Mighty》is too plain with exclusive equipment.
It also has an end phase destruction effect, but if you use it for this purpose, it's better to build it so that you can secure a card that can be seen properly.

Koa'ki Meiru's Equip Spell for her combat aid and self-destruct surrogate.
I wouldn't say it's totally out of the question, but since it's practically only effective as a combat aid, there's no reason to prioritize this card unless you have all the Koa'ki Meiru cards on it.

There is Burden of the Mighty for weakening, and it doesn't deal with destruction outside of the End Phase, so it's useless as a substitute. In the first place, Koa'ki Meiru has a high RBI, so there is no need to rely on such a card.

His Equip Spell, exclusive to Koa'ki Meiru, has the effect of weakening the opponent according to the level of the equipped monster and taking over the destruction during the End Phase.
However, for his Equip Spell, the combat impact is small at level x 100 points, and the replacement for destruction is only one time.
In the first place, Koaki often avoids destructive effects by showing the same race and often narrows down the race, so I think it's a pinch situation where this card can be useful.
There must be other ways to use it, such as stacking monsters that can be shown.
If the influence is small like this, the evaluation will inevitably be low.
