One of the few cards that can be played without using summoning rights at ground machine level 4
I'm worried that it can't be used on the first turn of the first attack, but I want to find value in leaving the summoning right.
A rival named 《Boot-Up Corporal - Command Dynamo》appeared, but he can be prioritized as the first move on the first turn of the second attack, even in decks that include Gadget, as a matter of course.
The effect of deploying the same name is kind of a bonus, but it's convenient because it can cause traffic jams with the first move.
It will be quietly active until the ground machine level 4 of the photothra condition appears.
The reason why I can't recruit is that there's little reason to use duplication techniques on a 4-axis Machine anyway, so I think it's okay if it's an error, but what do you think?

Machine Level 4 If you're thinking of "simply arranging Machines", Tin Goldfish might be fine, but if you want to allocate the summoning right to another card, this one, which allows you to SS from your hand, may be preferred. For example, "Machina Gearframe" whose effect cannot be used with Special Summon
For me personally, his Deck is 《Jumbo Drill》.
《Toy Knight》Supplied 《Jumbo Drill》from SS to Level 5 and released Nova Infinity or 《Infinitrack River Stormer》.
《Tin Goldfish》is WATER, so it has the advantage of being easy to build a bajasha... Don't just think of it as "simply arranging Machines", but in any case, small differences like this will help spread the construction of Decks. I am thankful for this kind of card for some reason.

Machine's level 4 is a status that corresponds to replication, but it is wasted with one sentence that Special Summon cannot be done from Deck.
Special Summon requires a pancrat condition, and if you go first, the long-awaited self-deployment has little flavor, and although the attribute is different, it can be deployed to other than the same name, and the high versatility "Tin Goldfish" is the winner.
It can self-deploy, and since it doesn't have a turn 1, you can Special Summon as long as you have it in your hand, but with so many tricky elements, it just gives the impression that it's hard to use.
