The recovery effect itself has a low priority due to the effect of speeding up. There are cards that can meet the conditions with just one body, but they all have strong quirks.

So he will target DARK, but in addition to being limited to Warrior, there is Escape from the Dark Dimension in the cards that can be Special Summoned.

Both LIGHT and DARK have cards that can bring back monsters from the exclusion zone and collect them into the hand, so considering the subtle severity of the activation conditions, it's hard to say that it's an effect that's worth the money. If Twilight is a remake of the beginning, this is a remake of Primal Seed.
