Your opponent removes all the materials of Xyz Monster, but he can't use it unless he has Xyz Monster on his field, and even if he uses it, he will only use this spell card as material.
If you just want to increase the number of materials, can you say that Overlay Regen is enough?
By using 《Xyz Import》, which can use the opponent's monsters as Xyz Materials, the opponent's monsters won't be left behind, and you'll get more benefits than this card.

Aside from the heyday of Xyz, there aren't many Xyz monsters in each other's fields now, and there aren't many chances to activate it.
It's easier to remove than to steal materials, and other cards are easier to use for the purpose of increasing materials.
At least a Quick-Play Spell would be useful for killing Lightning.
However, there is only one compatible card.
It's an acid golem of destruction, and if you use it on this guy you sent, it will attack your opponent with a strong demerit effect. However, for that purpose, sending cards such as 《Creature Swap》, deploying two Xyz Monsters, and a lot of necessary cards are not worth it. The Octo Bypass made it a little easier to aim.

A card that only demands her Xyz Monster from you and your opponent and takes away all the materials.
On top of that, it's a Normal Spell that doesn't let you interfere with your opponent.
Cards that can only replenish materials are weak, but if it depends on the opponent, it's useless.

Normally, the effect is used once in the turn Xyz summoned, and the general perception is that the effect is used up.
