If you want to use it stably, you want some kind of follow-up such as combat damage reduction and LP gain.
Although it's inconvenient as a deployment member, it's one of the few ghoul deployment targets, so is it currently essential when building an Umbral?

Umbral has a lot of support thanks to its attributes and abilities. 《Recurring Nightmare》is essential.
It's a self-destruct attack with ATK 0, so it takes a lot of damage, and it's always going to be the main 2, but I think it's strong to transform one card into two. Combined with ghouls, you can get 43 bodies with 2 cards in your hand.
