If I was concerned with 3, I wanted myself to be level 3 obediently.
It has a deployment effect, but it's a roundabout assumption that the X summoning is successful, and even though your own level is 4, you can only deploy 3, which is a bad match with the X Deck, which tends to require level consistency.
If you're level 3-4, it's not that difficult to build a hubrit, but I think it's a card with a strong peculiarity.
