The effect itself is moderately 《Sakuretsu Armor》+ 《Negate Attack》, but the condition to activate it is extremely severe.
Due to the fact that it is essential to trigger the hand by the effect of the current environment monster, it is easy to keep monsters in the hand, and as a result it is easy to be negate.
If you use it in combination with a card that constantly peeps or a card that can't be negated, such as Atlas, the certainty will increase. However, if you want to do such a combo, it is much easier and more powerful to use Mirafo, which can remove all attacking monsters.
In addition to the attack reaction that is easy to break even for free, this extremely unstable performance will not be talked about.
If it appeared now, it would have appeared as it was in the anime, I think. 《Sakuretsu Armor》is no longer in the position, but Mirafo is now unlimited.
