There aren't many cards that use "Ice Counter", and there are restrictions on materials, so it's hard to use, but I think it's easy to use because the ability to scatter "Ice Counter" isn't bad.
In the future, if categories and support cards that use "Ice Counter" at a practical level come out, the value of this card will rise relatively, so I'm looking forward to it.

Comprehensive evaluation: If weakening has an advantage, multiple deployments should be aimed at.
With 《Tin Goldfish》, I used 《Snowman Creator》to secure 2 ice counters, and after summoning Xyz from there, I finally got 2600 including weakening.
With Number 37: Hope Woven Dragon Spider Shark under the same conditions, it is possible to weaken 1000 by itself, and this advantage is almost exhausted.
It is almost impossible to compete unless you show WATER from your hand and put more ice counters.
If you use two of these cards, you can double the number of ice counters you can put on, and double the weakening, so you can aim for four times the weakening.

It is a monster that can be calculated the most when scattering a large amount of ice counters, but after scattering once, it is a vanilla Xyz with low hitting points, so it is easily dropped by the following monsters without counters.
However, when you play it, you can use it as a combat agent and also as a stepping stone to 《Ice Master》and 《Snowdust Dragon》, so if you plan to connect ice counters, this is a card you definitely want to use.
