Surprisingly, there are many targets, and Kaust and 《Wind-Up Shark》have recently increased their level-changing effects, so it might be good for a side deck.

Level-manipulating cards have increased considerably since the introduction of Xyz, and there are some sticky categories like Inzector and his Constellar.
However, if you want to interfere with Xyz, you can aim at one of the materials, so if you don't use it against Xyz that uses 3 or more materials, it will be difficult to demonstrate its true value.
Other than that, I think Book of the Month and 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》will suffice.
