Unlike in the past, just playing 《Evoltile Pholis》will break the opponent's cards, so it's not that weak.
However, effects such as these are effects that should be attached to cards that can be set incidentally (《Wailing of the Unchained Souls》, etc.), or attached as extras such as Fields with Search or Continuous Spells (《Primitive Planet Reichphobia》, 《Libromancer Origin Story》, etc.). There is not enough space in the deck to go out of your way to make space for cards that don't have support for , and that's all they do. I don't want to say this to a card that's over 10 years old.
In the first place, it can't be activated with a damage step, and the problem is that there are very limited ways to activate this card as a hindrance during the opponent's turn. 《Call of the Haunted》Would you rub Folis down?
After all, it would have been better for both Folis and Evolsaur Lios to be able to pull this guy over instead of making the second search target a clumsy trap...

It can perform well against the high RBI that Lagia is not good at, but I still feel that general-purpose removal is better...
