Even considering that she has the name Seikuri, it's tough to prioritize her over Honest. The enhancement value is subtle, and the current Seikuri does not have the leeway to expand to this card.
His deck is mainly controlled by the Pleiades, so the holy spear is still a priority. I think it's a tough card.

As soon as you develop "Sacred", you will Xyz right away...
However, since the overall 500 up is quite good with Pollux Gradyson Breath and deployment cards, it is not easy to make fun of it when launching an all-out attack at lower ranks.
There is also the presence of honesty in the low grade Seikuri, and it is not impossible for the scene to make a low grade beat.
Sheratan and good guys are uselessly high defensive power due to the habit of not meshing with the effect as if they are inciting it.

I'm happy to be able to strengthen the whole, but the removal of Pleiades, Beehive, Honest, and Paradios are enough to fight the battle. It might be worth throwing in as a single-use pump-up card, but in the end it doesn't work well with Constellar's main tactic, Xyz Summoning.

It's not bad that you can permanently strengthen the entire body even if you're away, but on top of your own status being the exact opposite of the effect, it's questionable whether Constellar can afford to send this child out.
It's true that if you put it out after deployment, the firepower will increase, but that's after deployment.
I don't like cards like this.

RBI is not so important in Constellar, and it is a difficult piece to handle. Note that his Constellar summoned after this card does not increase his ATK as it is when successfully summoned. If you enter the field when Tremis is present, Tremis' RBI will be 3200, so it's a moderate threat.
