Gairuda is particularly difficult to get into play, so it's unrealistic to Special Summon him with this card's effect. If you put it on the field, rely on reviving from GY or recruiting from 《Chaos-End Master》.
However, the effect itself is just a direct attack grant. If Esper Robin's 3000 RBI can attack directly, it's strong, but the status of this card is... Let's quickly send it to GY as material for Iron Jet.

This one is Recruiter compatible and can be Special Summoned with its own effect.
