Unfortunately, there aren't many cards that use Ice Counters, and the effects are inconsistent, so it's not useful, but it's an excellent effect that will definitely be needed if Ice Counters are strengthened in the future. Essential card for the ice counter. If you don't miss the timing and destroy it, depending on the situation, you can scatter a large amount of ice counters. Destroy it with 《Big Wave Small Wave》to bring out Ice Blizzard Master. I just ride my own monster...

The activation conditions are loose, and even though it's passive, it will efficiently scatter counters.
The problem is just what to do with it, because the performance of both Snowdust and Giants is subtle,

Effect activation is relatively easy, and there are quite a few ice counters that can be scattered.
However, there aren't many uses for the ice counter, which is the key, and I don't like the fact that the users aren't very impressed...
Any of the corresponding monsters will demonstrate their power enough to be scattered.

Snowman dragon.
Scattering ice counters with a fairly easy trigger is great for other ice counter users.
Also, the most decent card that can be called as a masked dragon among the lower class dragons.
If I was thinking of Frofre, I wanted to adopt it, but it hurts that Blizzard was reprinted...
