By stacking 《Constellar Ptolemy M7》, you can reinforce your RBI and break through monsters with less than 2700 DEF in battle. However, that's basically it, and compared to his other Constellar Xyz effects, I can't shake the impression that it's plain. It doesn't work for links either.
It's also a minus that the material restraint is strict in spite of the scenes that don't live. 《Constellar Sheratan》and 《Constellar Leonis》are reasonably good, but there is little room to adapt to other card pool expansions. It's just sober, but not to the extent that it's weak, and it's doubtful that the 3-axis Constellar will be strengthened any time soon... It's gone into a dead end course.
By the way, in the 3DS version, he only has Constellar X monsters like this and M7, and if you use it properly, you will have to level 4 with Kaust to level 3. It's usable, but it's too cramped.

It's great that it doesn't target, but it negates Link Monsters. Personally, I think it's better to use an unbound break sword to remove monsters rather than changing their battle position. For the time being, the M7 can compensate for the low RBI.

After inflation, the trend of neglecting defense has strengthened, and there is also the effect of not taking targets, so even with this RBI, the breakthrough power is relatively high. If you also prepare M7, the breakthrough power will increase further.
However, as already said, I feel that the performance is subtle despite the restrictions. It doesn't take ads directly, and there is also the appearance of links that are not defensive, so it has the effect of choosing an effective opponent.
Constellar is almost never used as there is little need to aim for rank 3 with his deck. He was Chronomaly, who was convenient and easy to summon.
Currently, in addition to the adverse environment, many more excellent beings have appeared, so it is quite difficult to prioritize for the purpose of effect. I think we need to make the most of our ability to become M7.

The Defense Position change that doesn't take targets can sink even that chaos MAX, so it's surprisingly not to be taken lightly, but even so, it's undeniable that the light level is 3 and it's limited.
It was later improved somewhat by the release of Tremys, and was used in his Chronomaly in the high environmental era.
Chronomaly has a stronger impression because there is almost no point in playing it in Sacrifice.

The underlay of his Constellar Tremis, a rank 6 monster.
However, if Tremis is a non-regular Special Summon, the effect cannot be used during the Special Summon turn, so it is practically an ineffective 2700 RBI monster.

The real 2700 RBI that can be used as an underlay for Tremis is normally excellent

Tremis underlay. And Tremis will be under the guidera, so the effect of making it a defense position will come to life at that time. Decks that can be adopted are limited due to LIGHT restrictions, but recently it is also included in Magical Musket.

Although it is limited to materials, it is a card that can be useful if you keep it in a LIGHT-based Deck along with Tremis.
By using the effect and then stacking Tremis, most enemies can be beaten by hitting.
Can easily be summoned from Luminous
If you can protect Toremis, you can also salvage
Works especially well with Lightsworn

It's not a bad effect by any means, but it's inferior to Pleiades, Omega, and Beehive.

It's a modest effect considering it's attributes are tied, and while it's not bad, it tends to be inferior to other Rank 3 monsters. However, this card has too big a role to play as an underlay for "Tremis M7", so if it's a deck that can rank 3 with LIGHT, it's a card that can be used without any loss.

I think it's pretty strong. "There are surprisingly few monsters that have the effect of defending the opponent." I think it's a good card that can move skillfully, such as stacking it on Tremis.

There are restrictions on the materials, but I think it's strong because it can mercilessly kill monsters with less than 2700 DEF by Xyz Change to Tremis.
The effect doesn't target, so it's easy to pass.

Can be put out with two rubies with low RBI
Are you Kau Hyades from Crystal Beast?
pretty strong
If there is a monster with low defense, use the effect
Toremisu → Damage with Guidera...
And it's a monster that evolves into binary
Oh, by the way, cow means cow.
This card seems to be a monster whose guardian constellation is Taurus.

My boyfriend's deck keycard
This guy tends to be thought of as a stepping stone for Tremis, but if you can maintain it against Bujin and Blackwing, you'll be as strong as a demon.
Also, since he is a Beast-Warrior + LIGHT, he can receive abundant support such as Honest and 《Horn of the Phantom Beast》, and he can become Tremys and Gaia Dragoon. I think it's a monster.

2700 RBI that can put the opponent in his defense position is too strong.
To be honest, it's a subtle card among Constellar, but it's an essential card for decks that use light level 3 a lot.
RBI is a one-shot solution by stacking Tremis.
If this hadn't been tied to the material, Revise would have been half-crying.
The problem is the corresponding monster. For me personally, it hurts the most.
The main ones are Lightsworn and Chronomaly.

Constellar The only Rank 3 Xyz. His other Constellar Xyz is excellent, so the effect is a little plain.
It is excellent in that it can destroy most monsters by battle with its own effect. Furthermore, since I am his Constellar, I am happy that I can connect to Tremis from level 3. But honestly, it's also a card that just serves as a stepping stone for Tremis. Constellar has become mainstream with 4 axes, and it's a little pitiful because it's less common to stack multiple level 3s

I'm worried about shibari. This guy doesn't need to be bound by attributes.
ATK is also slightly weak at 1900.
This guy's ability to change offense and defense stands out, so it's a better evaluation.

Rank 3 has Revise, Revaière, Acid and Wind-Up.
It's true that only this child can prohibit entry, but because the RBI is low, there is a risk of being defeated in the end.
Even so, being able to become Tremis-sensei is a strength that can be differentiated from general-purpose Rank 3, and it's not like it's completely useless.

With Constellar, you can Chaos Xyz to Tremyth, so with Constellar +1.

This material restriction is painful in Rank 3 Xyz, which is a fierce battlefield.
In addition to this effect, it might have been acceptable if it had penetrated.

While the effect is excellent, the status is low among Rank 3.
There are restrictions, and the fact that it can't be done so easily lowers the evaluation, but it can be used as LIGHT.

If it weren't for material restrictions, it would have been a card that was easy to aim for battle destruction with a vector different from Revise if there was no restriction, but...!
Surprisingly, there are quite a few cards that this guy can defeat even if Revise can't, but Acid Golems also play that role.
His ATK isn't high, so he can't be expected to have a lot of space, so he doesn't have to use it unreasonably...
Is it possible to get out of the position of a card that basically assumes star marks?

Entry bans aren't bad, but it's not a good thing to do with Revise, Revaière, and Acid at Rank 3, and with Xyz, which has a designated material.
Regarding the fact that unlike Revise and Acid, it can defeat high RBI and low defense, but there are many cases where this one is prioritized.
Nonetheless, the fact that he can be a stepping stone for Tremis, an option that can be put out with Leonis Sheratan, has increased the significance of adding him to Constellar.
