Yes, this is the ninth Character Fan Deck! This is the [Chronomaly] Deck of Michael Arkwright III, who is everyone's idol and the third son of the three Arkwright brothers.

Chronomaly A reliable guy who raises everyone's RBI by 800. In addition to triggering the Aztec Mask Golem, the Crystal Alien becomes a threatening monster that can even crush Ouroboros. You don't see him very often in the Chronomaly Deck, but he has a strong image as an Aztec Trigger agent.
