Evilswarm is one of the types of monsters that are unique to low class monsters.
His ATK is reasonably high for this type of effect, but Lloyd and others taught us in the GX era that if all the guys don't contribute too much to the main theme, they'll end up being nothing more than a bad group. I should have given it...
I think it's hard to break through Skidre alone, but once you know the greatness of Mr. Pancra, it's sad that you can't be satisfied with this level of card anymore.

Release and Cyclone is not worth it. As a level 4 Evilswarm, there are excellent ones such as Kerkion and Thunderbird, so it's hard to prioritize.

To be frank, WATER's Deep Sweeper and Blue Breaker are easier to support in terms of racial attributes, and if it's a general-purpose frame, there's a high-performance breaker, so it's hard to use.
It's not bad to have a cyclone that can be brought in with an erosion infection in case of emergency...

At level 4, the status and effects are subtle, and I think it's a card that can't be used much in an Evilswarm Deck where Xyz is important.
