He has the highest level of Scrap in the Deck, and with loose conditions he can Special Summon, but has the same killing effect as Orthros.
However, this is a non-tuner, and it's like a matchup with the Mind Reader included in the same pack as Scrap Archfiend.
Since both are Machines, they can be recruited from 《Urgent Schedule》, which differentiates them from Orthros.
It's also a candidate when you want to connect with a high-level sync or link, but basically it's his deck.

This theme has a lot of ally kills.
Destroys his ally's Scrap on the condition of his own Special Summon. This card itself doesn't have a particularly high RBI, so if you're going to use it, I'd like to use it in sync, but Scrap's ability to develop itself is low, so it's quite difficult to make the most of this card.

Or why does Scrap have such deterioration even within the same theme?
Both the RBI and the star are very disappointing and unavoidable.
If you want to use this, let's use Sidera, which has the same effect.

In a bad sense, the level is high and it is difficult to use as a material, and the RBI is unsatisfactory even if it is used as an attacker.
Destroying the Scrap tuner and connecting it to the salvage also has an Orthros that can search in the area and pull the trigger himself.
There's very little room for it in the current card pool.
