If you draw a 《Scrap》monster in the Draw Phase, you can show that monster to your opponent and draw another card... You can't do that, and you can't use this Normal Spell card unless all the targeted monsters fall to GY. If you can Special Summon in Attack Position on your opponent's field, you can use it as a Sandbag, but is there a <> monster that can use it well?

It's a Scrap version of 《Monster Reborn Reborn》, and the three target cards don't have to have the same name, but on the other hand, it's hard to use as you want because you let your opponent choose which monster to revive.
As for the exclusion, since Scrap is not a category that earns ads by excluding it, it is a genuine disadvantage, and 《Monster Reborn》, of course, 《World Legacy Succession》will be enough.
