Return one of his Spell/Trap cards to your opponent and yourself, but if it's a bounce for reuse, it's more convenient to deal with monsters.
This also requires the opponent to use his Spell/Trap cards.
If you look at it as a removal, there are 《Double Cyclone》and so on, and it's slow to bounce with a Trap card.

It's a play on the banned card, Hurricane, and while it has the drawbacks of being a trap card, it's slow and can take targets, but the advantage of self-bouncing and removing is so-so.

Unlike 《Double Cyclone》, it is a sand ball that bounces. Needless to say, it's Trap.
