It seems to be usable with 《Reborn Tengu》that can be stacked three times (feeling small)
Since it can be returned to the Deck as an effect rather than as a cost, it's nice to be able to return cards in the EX Deck without any problems while bouncing them.
As already mentioned, Compulsory Evacuation Device is enough for a simple bounce, so I would like to differentiate it by being a spell that can be activated immediately.
If it's a Ritual Beast, it's a bit of a detour, but Ram Penta removes the Ritual Beast from the EX Deck and uses Holy Ritual Beast Kannahawk to return it to his GY and bounce it, so is it possible to use it?
It's also OK at 《Pot of Acquisitiveness》.
As one of the few Petit Hurricane effects, he can also be used as a means of retrieving Spell Trap.
Combined with the rescue series that can be deployed from Deck, it's quite delicious.
