This card was recorded at the dawn of the X summoning era, and I can't help but feel that Konami was mean to introduce the S summoning anti-card at this timing.

If it had appeared in the early days of S summoning, I think it would have been useful as one of the good stuff.
Needless to say, it is difficult to handle in the current environment.
Since it is a compulsory effect, the width of his Deck construction is narrowed, SS triggering cannot be stopped, destruction resistance, destruction trigger, and negate can be destroyed, so the reliability is less than 《Justice Bringer》.
ATK1800 is a passing score, but the existence of 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》is too painful.
Like 《Bottomless Trap Hole》, it is attractive to be able to destroy all 2 or more SS at the same time.
As a ground warrior, if you line up 《Justice Bringer》with 《Ties of the Brethren》, it will be a good check card.
