The effect is excellent, reviving two bodies with one card, but the trigger is a big bottleneck. It's slow, passive, and you have to target two targets, so it doesn't work well.
Also, at this level, there are many other resurrection cards that can be used more actively. You won't be able to use it as a material procurement staff.
For the time being, it has good compatibility with sending, and there are things such as Giant Virus and Momonga that are suitable for sending and have good compatibility with this card.
