It is very easy to handle with photosula conditions, reinforcement correspondence, Junk category, rank 3 and star 3 that can be used for Kerubini.
There is a similar card, 《Elder of the Six Samurai》, but it can be fully differentiated unlike the Saidra condition over there. On the other hand, they have the great advantage of being able to counter with 《Gateway of the Six》, and they are better at special themes.

The conditions are looser than Saidra, and compared to the same summoning conditions, Photothra and Fuhansen, Normal Summon is not possible. Since it's a low class, at worst it becomes a wall that can withstand one attack. I don't think it's weak to be able to Special Summon without cost.
