I think the captain effect was good for that, but Nordic has too many useless triggers...
The effect requires other monsters, so it can't be used easily, and it's hard to call Deckalve because it has a specified level.
If you want to use Svart Arv, it's an easy-to-use card among non-tuner star 4 & Nordic,
I think you can put it in if you're aiming for Loki.
