He appeared in Season 1 of DARK, and he's a low-class Fiend Normal Monster, and his stats are low for a Level 3 monster, but thanks to that, it's okay to deal with Death Guides.
DARK's Fiend is currently the combination that has the most monsters in OCG, but as of the 1st season, there were many monsters with higher abilities, and this monster was never used.
The ability written in the flavor text, "Kaneshibari", is used as a true DM2 monster effect, and it's quite powerful for a low-cost monster that locks the opponent's monster for 3 turns when reversed.

In terms of convenience on its own, the Pendulum Tuner 《Hallohallo》is overwhelmingly superior.
