A low-level Normal Monster of Aqua that appeared in the first season.
Even if only those with ATK less than 1500, his ATK is higher than this monster, and a level 4 Aqua Normal Monster, which is a named fusion material, has existed since season 1.
If there is a point that can be differentiated, it can be equipped with 《Heart of Clear Water》that self-destructs when equipped on a monster with ATK 1300 or more.
In DM4, she is a gem with the best ATK as a low-level monster with female elements, but more than anything, Gonbutori Yugi doesn't include such a card in her Deck.
It might just be a matter of personal preference, but it's just too ignorant.
