《Island Turtle》and 《Humanoid Slime》have higher defensive power.

If you look at Aqua, WATER, and Level 4 Normal Monsters, its relatively high defensive power is far from Humanoid Slime and Shimagame's 2000, so if you just look at the card performance, it won't be used.

Relatively high refers to the 2000s. You can easily defeat even a low class with only 1400. The weakness of this card is that Aqua itself has no advantage in pairing with vanilla.
