Overall Rating: Another Counter Trap with a wider range would suffice.
《Draco-Utopian Aura》, which negates monster effects on the field, and 《Solemn Warning》, which negates Special Summon itself, are enough.
《Divine Wrath》also costs 1 card, but it can also respond to other timing effects.

A Counter Trap that specializes only in SS triggered monster effects.
I have the impression that being cost-free does not win over the narrow range of response, and warnings and notifications that cover a wider range are easier to use, even if the cost is necessary.
If this is a triggered instant effect on a monster, it's pretty strong, but if it's a Trap card that doesn't belong to the theme, even Counter Trap won't work.
I could have differentiated if I at least set it to negate and exclude it or return it to Deck.

No cost is good, but the range is subtly narrow. Although the trigger effect can be crushed, it's not a pain to let the activation effect pass by. The LP cost is high, but it's far more powerful to crush the summoning itself with a divine system. Even with no cost, 《Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare》can stop the activation effect. For the time being, there is an advantage of Counter Trap here, but it is not worth adopting for that alone.
