It's a card with impressive text and hands similar to ✪ Arm Of The Dead , but unlike over there, in game works, it doesn't just weaken and drag you into the darkness.
Unfortunately, OCG doesn't have anything worth mentioning either.

A lower class Normal Monster of Spellcaster that appeared in Season 1.
Even if it's not a fusion material with the same name, it's only backward compatible with 《✪ The Enchanted Phantom Thief》and 《✪ Saterna》and has little use.
