An attack deterrent Continuous Trap designed as a Gravity Bind exclusively for Morphtronic.
Like over there, it blocks attack declarations from level 4 or higher monsters, blocks changes in battle position, and your own monsters are not bound by this.
Besides the fact that it doesn't affect X or Link, he must always have a pair of Morphtronic monsters and this card on the field, and if either one leaves the field, the restraint will be released. It's not very cool as a permanent attack deterrent card.
Attack deterrence type permanent cards are particularly vulnerable to removal, especially those with no resistance, and the demand for them is already low, so at least they can be activated and applied without limit on their own, so there are places like Nambo.
Also, the nature of the Morphtronic Deck itself, which can be mass-deployed on mobile phones and telephones, does not mesh well with this card, which is a continuous trap with a defensive effect, and it is just an unnecessary option in the name of construction width. A bind that blocks attacks and form changes from level 4 or higher monsters. It's a pretty strong defensive card in the Morphtronic Deck.
Inevitably, Morphtronic is weak against monsters unless he can use all-enhancement and equipment-enhancement, so the existence of this card is very appreciated. It's especially effective when you're outnumbered.
As promised, he is powerless to remove Morphtronic or the card itself.
