The effect is easier to connect to a combo than Crimson Sentry, but the activation conditions are too difficult anyway, so it's difficult to handle.
Humans and spirits aren't the only girls, so monsters were born to meet different demands, but it can't be helped if there's no demand for the essential performance.

Overall evaluation: Combo is not impossible, but it is hard to say that it is suitable for consumption.
It's possible to do combos like "Mother Grizzly" suicide bombing, recruiting "Gishki Diviner", and using this card to return "Mother Grizzly" to the top of the Deck, but it's inefficient.
It's possible to reduce the LP from Giant Rat's suicide attack and use it for Reversal Quiz, but there's probably a better way.
