The Dragon's superlative Normal Monster used by Pegasus in the original Kingdom Arc, and the dragon's face before turning into a Toon can only be seen in the original.
The same guy has 100 higher defensive power than Launcher Spider, FIRE's top-level Normal Monster, and even now, he is one of the few FIRE's top-level Normal Monsters, but compared to Launcher Spider, duelists weren't welcomed at all. It's a bad card.
After all, this monster only appeared in Season 2, and compared to other races, Dragon already had a variety of superlative Normal Monsters, and most of them had higher ATK than this monster.
This monster is his Toon form, and he is not directly related to Toon Dragon Egger in terms of effects, and I have to say that it is a normal card with convincing performance.
