It's just a low-level Phantom Beast with piercing ability and ATK of 1700. It doesn't have the same ATK and piercing effect like Black Spear's Blast SS effect, and most of the merits of belonging to Phantom Beast are currently present. It seems to be similar to over there in that it is not, but it is completely different.
If it's another theme, even if it's a low-level monster with the highest RBI in that theme, it's at a level that makes him hesitate to adopt it, but after all, he can't help it because he's the only low-level Phantom Beast puncher other than Mecha Phantom Beast, Gazelle.
In the future, when X and Link Monsters that can be used with two Phantom Beasts appear, priority will be given to Gazelles, which are normal monsters and are good at deployment methods, and the priority will be even lower.
Currently, it has the minimum status as an attacker of Phantom Beast, but since it does not have the effect of supporting its compatriots, it is a monster that is destined to have a presence below Pegasus once the actors come together.
By the way, 《Horn of the Phantom Beast》, which seems to have been taken from this monster, is quite excellent, and I like it as his trap card for RBI support.

Comprehensive evaluation: Those who can use if strengthened with 《Phantom Beast Cross-Wing》.
His ATK is reasonably penetrating, and if he uses Phantom Beast Cross-Wing and Fire Formation, his ATK will be around 2500, and he won't be able to hit as an attacker.
If you want to make use of the pierce, you might want to consider sending his Mecha Phantom Beast Token in Defense Position.
It's similar to "Enraged Battle Ox", but it's hard to combine it with others because it's premised on being strengthened.

It's weak in that it only has a piercing effect, but its raw RBI is low even for a low-level attacker, and it's a pretty outdated card.
With three crosswings, it finally becomes an ace-class hitting point, but there are probably more with better penetration effects.
