Koaki has a lot to maintain, so in fact he rarely sends a steel shell to GY. If you drop him to GY with Samopuri, you can use him, but at that time he won't be in GY, so it's very unreliable.
Perfect resurrection is strong, but Koaki has an Urnite, so he doesn't seem to have much interest in GY.
