Comprehensive evaluation: Although it is a strong effect, it is subtle considering the equipped monster.
Equipping it on 《Power Tool Dragon》will give him 3300 ATK and 《Morphtronic Videon》will also be 2800.
However, it is difficult to gain a direct advantage with just the negate effect, and the enhancement is somewhat unsatisfactory at 1000.
His ATK will drop in the opponent's turn, and it's enough to bring in battle destruction to a real tradeoff.
You can use it in combination with 《Power of the Guardians》etc. to check the opponent's removal and make the most of the effect.
It would have been nice to be able to equip it to 《Power Tool Braver Dragon》, but it's a tough place because it can't be done.

In today's world where removal is the mainstream, attack guidance during the opponent's turn is not very useful. The ATK increase effect is also good with radiocassen and some monsters, but you can do more damage if you defeat them with unity.

On your turn, you can attack monsters aggressively with an effect that combines Axe of Despair and Rainbow Veil, and on your opponent's turn, you can guide attacks and activate removal like Catastol.
It feels like offense and defense are one, and the effect itself is not bad, but for a special equipment, it feels like it's lacking in performance and it's interesting to switch effects, but to put it badly, it's poor in dexterity.
Morphtronic has a deployment power, so unity is often useful if it's a strengthening equipment because it doesn't choose a target and the strengthening lasts on the opponent's turn.
Attack induction is also a story that can aim for removal with such a visible effect, and it is not very reliable in this era where removal is abundant.
To be honest, there are too many more useful equipment, so I feel that it is a performance that is difficult to give a moderate score, let alone a high evaluation.
