Comprehensive evaluation: About 《Junk Warrior》RBI strengthening.
At level 2, 1400 is on the high side, and since he can also use Dragon support, it is possible for him to use Cyber Dark as an equipment card.
If he's aiming for a level 6 synchro, it's better for him to use the Dragunity tuner, but the RBI is better here.
Enhancing it with "Spright Gamma Burst" makes it easier to deal battle damage, and by referencing the enhancement value with "Junk Warrior", you can aim for a large enhancement.

As a level 2 monster, it has a high hit point, and if you deal battle damage, it will be strengthened, but if you look at the whole thing, it's not a hit point that you can hit, and the basic tuner is to summon and immediately connect to S summon. However, it would be a problem to have such performance.
As a material, there is no good S or X that requires fire, and there are items such as "Galaxy Serpent" that can receive more support as a dragon tuner.

It's good that the ATK rises, but even though it's high for level 2, it's originally 1400 and the increase value is 200, which is tough. Since it's a tuner in the first place, it's better to just Synchro Summon it without fighting.
