Removes the top of the Deck to self-enhance, and even if destroyed, the removed card can be recovered.
Using monsters like 《Water Enchantress of the Temple》that can be actively removed makes it easier to prepare and reuse, but it's a bit of a problem in terms of having to put it on the field and destroy it.
It would be nice to have a card that can be P-summoned and destroyed like Metalfoes, but it's somewhat limited in combination with removal.

Only one card can be removed from the top of the Deck at a time, and the enhancement value is insignificant.
In the first place, it is possible to fertilize GY up to 3 GYs in the first place, and up to 9 with replication techniques, so it is meaningful to use Cargan, and we do not have such a large-scale deployment method or the explosive power of excluding a large amount of fertilization.
Considering the existence of 《Aloof Lupine》, which can be pinpointed out even if it is strengthened, it is a sub-low level hit point, and there are race differences and cost differences, I think it is a delicate line to adopt.

Excluded version "Card Trooper" that can collect excluded cards while increasing RBI.
I can increase my RBI by 500, but since he has to remove the top of the deck, I'd like to make good use of it by returning Necroface with sake.
The important thing is the second half of the effect, and being able to salvage the monsters that were removed when they were destroyed is unobtrusive but powerful.
It would be nice to be able to hit the sent monsters and collect the removed monsters, but it's a minus that it can't be done because of the "on your own field" text.
At least if it didn't matter where it was destroyed, I would have been able to salvage it while dividing it with Dragonic D etc..., sorry.
Depending on the situation, you may miss the timing... well.
It's a card that's modestly strong but not worthy of special mention.
Every effect is a bit finicky and tends to end up out of the Deck.
If you are lucky, it may be safer to consider it as a card that can be collected.

RBI Strengthening + Exclusion Recovery
If you don't even care about the damage, it's a versatile exclusion recovery technique from a suicide attack. However, since it won't activate unless sent to GY, it doesn't work well with 《Macro Cosmos》& 《Dimensional Fissure》. Although you can remove him from the top of his deck and search for suicide attacks with his own effect, the stability is bad, so it's mainly recovery from other removal methods.
Because it is LIGHT Fairy, there is unexpected synergy with Hyperion, Jupiter, etc.

Despite her appearance, she is quite happy to be a LIGHT/Fairy, and if she is banished, by chaining 《Miraculous Descent》that has been targeted for destruction in the set state, it will be destroyed by Special Summon. It is possible to move from exclusion to recovery. Easy to send to her GY with the late Fairy Asmodeus, and relatively easy to exclude from GY because of LIGHT.
…but the decks that can be used are limited.

Even with the effect in the first half, ATK 1800 is a little unreliable. The second half of the effect is important, as you can recover 《Battle Fader》, 《Plaguespreader Zombie》, and Bato Oni that have used the effect once.
Even fairies of the same race are more likely to be banished with good masters such as Puperion and Jupiter, so there should be more than a few opportunities to collect them.
By the way, excluding 《Dimensional Fissure》and 《Macro Cosmos》, but you need to be careful as recovery effects do not activate under the influence of these.
