ATK is the highest grade in the habit of being at the same level as the lower grade.
From the beginning, there are many more benefits than 2400.
If he is not revived from GY, he will have to be pulled out of GY because it is vanilla.

Despite being a superlative monster, his ATK is 1200, and even if he is revived, his ATK is the same as Red-Eyes. If you drop this guy on his GY with Mausoleum or Stupid Burial, there are more dragons to drop. Even if it is compatible with Masked Dragon, there are no hit points, so there are many cases where it would be better to pull a different monster.
